I am writing to thank you for the extreme care and professionalism that you and the crew took in replacing our roof. Mike, as I have stated on numerous occasions, you must be the hardest working man in the roofing business as your time and attention to detail went beyond all expectations. What was truly amazing is that this professionalism and quality product came from the most competitive bid of the three we obtained to do the job.

As for the actual roof install again your crew went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, done on time and that clean-up occurred every day. I should also mention that the finished product also looks better than expectations. Again I need to mention your attention to detail here which went well above and beyond such as painting the flashings to match the roof including pieces that you did not even install.

Throughout the process you and your crew continued to beat my expectations and kept me informed to the degree that before I even expressed a concern you already had it solved. A prime example was the extra time and effort you put in working with our insurance and solar energy provider to help everyone in the process makes the right decisions at the right time. Again above and beyond comes to mind.

Recently, I had my roof done by your company.  Your company getting my business was by and large because of two people.  The sales rep Mel that came to my house after a recent storm caused hail damage was quite persistent.  I already had 3 bids to do my roof and he came to my door one night showing me the brochures on your products.  He continued to come back 3 more times over the next couple of weeks; I typically take my time on major decisions.  The last time he came with Ted and they gave me a bid.  While looking at my house Ted explained several items that I pointed out that were issues on my house.  The knowledge and persistence of your employees got you my business.
            I was home the day the crew came to do the roof with Jesse as the crew chief.  I must say I am impressed with the workmanship that has been done on my house.  Salvador later showed up to help and made many decisions to fix items that weren’t seen until the shingles and paper were removed.  The crew was well trained and courteous the entire time and knew exactly what to do, it was like watching a well-oiled machine.  The little details they did makes the roof I have look better than when my house was new.  When they were finished the clean up was so good you couldn’t even tell they were here, except for the new roof of course.
            Being an Engineer my neighbors trust me to do my homework and I must say I was not disappointed in the least.  Because of the fine job done on my roof your company has gotten many more jobs and continues to get further work.  I could not be happier and would recommend and use your company again with no hesitation.  I personally thanked everyone that worked on my home and now I’m thanking you for the fine people that work for you.
