Outstanding communication and service
The Project Manager, Dan Anthone, that was assigned to my job was top notch. I had significant damage from Hurricane Ida and Dan worked with my insurance company and ultimately got approval to replace my entire roof. Dan took the time to explain the scope of work document that I received from the insurance company and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. I could not be more satisfied with the support and ultimately the service that was provided. I highly recommend Infinity Roofer.

Roof Replacement
I experienced roof damage from Hurricane Ida and was rejected for repair or replacement by my insurance inspector. I met Vernon Henson a representative of Infinity who was in my subdivision monitoring a roof replacement on a neighbor’s house. I told him my problem and he offered to take a look at my roof. He then offered to meet with an inspector from the insurance company if I appealed. I felt like I had a partner on my side when we met with the new inspector who agreed there was damage and made recommendations to the insurance adjuster. Vernon worked on my side as we dealt with the back and forth with the adjuster until we finally got a check. Throughout my experience Vernon met my three R’s of performance. He was consistently responsive, reliable and reasonable. If not for Vernon and Infinity Roofing I feel confident I would not have a full new roof on my house today.
