We needed our roof replaced. It had been poorly installed as a DIY a couple of years before we purchased our home. After 10 years, we knew it was time. We always get a minimum of 3 estimates. Infinity came in with the best price by a few thousand dollars for the same impact resistant shingles. Craig Williams showed up, inspected the existing roof, and provided a detailed report explaining exactly what needed to be done, including our chimney cap. He was in and out within 20 minutes, said he would email an estimate. There was no high pressure sales tactics. No " sign now to lock in this price", unlike the other roofing companies we brought in for estimates. Again, they were a few thousand less than the others, providing the same services, and same exact brand of shingles. The day after we signed the contract, my father-in-law passed away. I contacted Craig and he provided condolences and said he could gave the roof done while we were away for funeral services, and when we returned home, we arrived to a beautiful looking home. We didn't need to hear the noise of the replacement. We would highly recommend Infinity to everyone.
