He explained the process of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. It all happened exactly as he said it would. Bob was excellent to work and came out when the adjuster was scheduled to make sure all damage was indentured. The roof was replaced professionally in one day and they came back the second day to ensure all nails and other debris were collected.
