Great Job + Awesome Project Manager
We recently had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Mike Karczewski came to us highly recommended. As the Project Manager, he inspected our roof, coordinated with our Insurance Company, arranged every detail and kept us informed during the entire process. He showed up every day, several times, while the work was being completed to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. The work the roofing crew did is impeccable in spite of the extremely hot temperatures and the amazing clean up job they did when the work was complete blew us away. Mike also showed up to inspect the work, ran an additional magnet wheel over the entire lawn to pick up any stray nails and checked to make sure we were completely happy. In fact, we could not be happier with the work that was done and the entire experience.

I have had multiple roof repairs and replacements over the years. I can honestly say Infinity Roofing is the best I have ever used. It all starts with Matthew Smith.. His professionalism and attention to details are unmatched. He always kept me updated with scheduling and the status of the job.
Outstanding Experience
We just had our roof replaced last week. Infinity and Taylor Grantham were great to work with. Taylor handled all of the interaction with our insurance company. He and his crew did an outstanding job, great clean up, extra measure to protect landscaping and windows. All supplies were delivered prior to the job so the crew had no down time. Outstanding team of roofers, Juan the supervisor over the roofers also did a great job to make things ran smoothly. Taylor made sure that everything ran smoothly, made sure we had a complete understanding of the process and made the entire process transparent. He was onsite a good portion of the time in addition to having Juan onsite all the time. I could not give them a higher rating.
Excellent service
Jason is very professional but also into his clients. Jason is very detailed and took many pictures of the damage to our roof and also sent them to all six of our assigned adjusters. He followed up on each of them. Jason mad numerous phone calls on our behalf and when the roof was being put on, he came personally to make sure everyone was doing the job Jason expected. If there would be any other roof damage we would definitely use Jason without any hesitation. It was a pleasure to work with him.

We needed our roof replaced after hurricane Ian. We spoke with many roofing companies. Most were very confusing, couldn't give a good estimate, had a lot of extra cost hidden in contacts, and frankly made the whole process very stressful. We were ready to throw our hands up and just pick one and pray for the best. I had posted my frustrations on social media. That's when a friend recommended Infinity Roofing. She had just used them for a roof replacement. She told me to call "Zach" and he would answer any questions we had and make it a smooth process if we picked Infinity. I went ahead and gave them a call. I am surely glad we did!!! When Zach came out to give us an estimate he was a breath of fresh air. He was a down to earth guy who didn't seem like he was trying to make a quick sale. He was kind, and patient. He answered all our questions. He wasn't pushy. His contract was straight forward. He agreed to work with our insurance company and another agency we were dealing with. We agreed to hire Infinity Roofing. They said it may be about three weeks until they came out (they had a lot of work due to the hurricane that hit our area). However, they were out in a week and a half! Our roof was completed in two days. There were no surprise charges. Zach and Misty from the office were able to deal with our insurance and the other agency and made the whole process stress free. Thank you Infinity for our beautiful roof and gutters! We would highly recommend this company!

I’d like to take this opportunity for a huge thank Matthew Smith and Infinity Roofing and Siding for the incredible job they did replacing our roof and gutter system. Throughout the process Matthew provided not just quality service, but was incredible in helping us navigate the stormy waters of dealing with our insurance company on such a project. Matthew made countless calls and emails to our insurance representative assisting us with getting answers and correcting their errors in reimbursement. He was able to explain in detail what would happen, when it would happen, and how it would be done. His assurances were very helpful in a process we had never gone through, and we’re grateful to him and his team. Matthew always found time to quickly answer any questions we had during the process, regardless of his busy schedule. He took what could have been an arduous and difficult project and made things feel seamless and easy to understand. We cannot recommend Matthew strongly enough - you won’t find a better person for the job!
Metal Roof Replacement
Despite the regular delays the roof project was worth the wait. My new Metallic gold gutters and metal roof look amazing. The project manager, Jason, was on top of everything and communicated regularly reguarding the delays. I would recommend Jason for is honesty his integrity for customer satisfaction.
