Helpful and responsive
We worked with Patrick Rios and he was great about communicating in a timely manner and moving things along. As is rumored, working with insurance companies can be a bit of a nightmare - in our case, our original adjuster quit mid process which caused a ton of delay. Patrick handled communications with insurance so we were only minimally involved. Highly recommend. They gave us much needed updates to our roof (ridge vent) that originally insurance refused. Roof and gutters look great! We’ve had people give us compliments while driving by the house!
