Above and beyond

My insurance company wouldn't cover my full wind damage claim for my roof. With lots of persistence and help from John West they covered the full cost. Another roofing company that I talked to first didn't bother to help me with this claim. John never let up and helped me every step of the way. I'm excited about getting this work done and I know that John will make sure that I'm kept informed. He's great to work with. Thank you John West.
