You can tell the integrity of a business and its employees by the way they handle unexpected issues. Sales rep James Webster and crew leader Jose did a tremendous job as they replaced my aging roof. They repaired deteriorated problem areas caused by original home builder. City inspectors slowed the team down, but they completed my new roof as quickly as possible.
